Estimated Work Hours
2000 USD

Creating a website allowing people with many wallets to easily manage them efficiently from a single place. User will be able to input his wallet address and see it appears on the page for an easy management of it. The user will also be able to plug in his ledger and discover all his generated wallets to import them easily, he could also import/export them in a JSON format from the website. Bridgechains will also be supported.

- Domain name
- Hosting
- Validation API (done, retos.io)
- Arkvatar package (done, arkvatar-ts)
- Code of the application itself
- [Algolia services, might look for alternatives on that point]

Cost-benefit analysis

Cost will be mostly to cover the hours spent creating and maintaining the product and also help to sustain the purchase of the domain name, tools and hosting.

Benefits :
Better management of wallets for people. The base goal of this project, was to allow people with many wallets to easily handle all of them without having to navigate back and forth. With that, I hope that some votes will be redirected from dead delegates to active ones.

Website will be done using Laravel, Tailwind and VueJS. The site might go live at first without ledger integration. I'd like to allow the user to manage his votes directly from the website too, but waiting for AIP26 to be implemented for that.

PHPUnit and Laravel Dusk.

Launch Plan

Once ready, it will be deployed online and accessible for everyone. At the time of writing the proposal, everything is already done except the ledger integration, the testing side of the application and the hosting of it.

Support & Maintenance

Maintenance will be insured by myself and eventually community members if they feel like it since the project will be available on Github. As for the hosting, I will handle it too.

Additional Information

Community Feedback

Reached out a few community members and they thought it would be worth an ACF proposal.

Hey Highjhacker,

Thank you for your interesting proposal! I also approve the project. As mentioned during the Due Diligence, It would be great to have the Wallet Monitor tool as plugin for the ARK Desktop Wallet as possibly it would be a pretty good addition to the plugins ecosystem and perhaps make it helpful for the users to access/use such tool.

Looking forward for the results!
